OUR SEASON IS MAY TO

- Renting is from Saturday to
Saturday for the summer season
- Minimum stay 2 nights with mini
breaks available off season
- Check -in is from 4.p.m onwards and
Check - out is 10.00a.m
- During off season check- in /check-
out times maybe be flexible
- Deposit required $300 to secure a 3
bedroom cottage per week
- Deposit required $400 to secure a 4
bedroom cottage per week
- Payments can be made by Visa or
Mastercard for deposits
- Balance by cash on arrival -
balance for overseas guests may send a
Canadian bank draft
- Personal cheques accepted for
deposits only to M .E Williams
- Cancellations of reservation will
be loss of deposit
- All rates are subject to applicable
government taxes
- Guests and visitors must register
at the office upon arrival
- All visitors are at the owners
discretion - must have permission
first
- No overcrowding is allowed we
consider children/babies as people
- Visitors fees $20 per person/per
day not to exceed the cottage
occupancy

- No smoking in the cottages with no
exceptions
- Linen rentals can be arranged -
prior to arrival
- Please remember to bring your own
towels, tea towels, paper towels and
toilet paper
- For Long weekends bed linen is
included in our cottage rental with
check- in 12 noon onwards and check -
out 3 p.m no later.
- Parking space - 2 cars per cottage
maximum
- Visa or master card will be
required as a security deposit on all
Boat and Motor rentals - signed rental
agreement is required
- Dock space must be booked in
advance fees $10 a day /$50 weekly
- A credit card maybe requested as
security deposit on check -in
- Complimentary to all our guests -
Paddle boats /Canoes / Kayak
- Barbecue propane and camp fire wood
- included in your cottage rental
- We suggest bring your own life
jackets especially for children
- Please note we do not take
pets

Because of our small family resort
size, cancellations can affect our
business significantly therefore we
have good reason for a strict
cancellation policy, however if you
have to cancel your booking at Lakeside
Cottages we will try and amend your
cottage dates subject to our
availability and carry over the deposit
paid for a period of 12 months, but we
will require more then 8 weeks notice
to do so - less then 8 weeks will
result in loss of deposit paid.
