All Cottage Accommodation Rates Include
A well equipped kitchen with stove, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker supplied with starter pack coffee filters, tea kettle and tea pot, pots & pans (set of three) small, medium and larger. Dishes, plates, cutlery, and glassware, plastic cups for outdoor beach area. Electric Fireplace in each cottage with remote control in the lounge area. T.V with local channels and VCR player in each cottage. The 4 bedroom Waterfront deluxe cottage has a VCR player and DVD with a selection of in – house movies available for all cottages. Lending Library of books, and board games. Each cottage bathroom has 32 inch shower unit with sink and toilet, one cottage has a small bath tub and shower. Each cottage has a nice large sundeck comes with a sun lounger on each deck perfect for sunbathing 4 chairs and cottage patio table. Large size propane BBQ with propane, and picnic table.
All Lakeside cottages are only feet away from the waterfront with spectacular lake scenery. Canoes, kayaks, paddleboats a rowboat also included in your cottage rental and we do not charge any extras for theses activities!

3 Bedroom cottage weekly rate low season: $1530-$1570, VIP earlybird: $1390-$1430
3 Bedroom cottage weekly rate high season: $1770-$1820, VIP earlybird: $1600-$1650
Our 3 bedroom cottages can accommodate 2 – 6 persons max.
3 bedroom nightly rates low season start from $210 per night up to $310 depending on how many people share the cottage with a minimum stay of 3 nights required.
3 bedroom nightly rates high season start from $260 per night up to $360 depending on how many people share the cottage with a minimum stay of 3 nights required.
Less than 3 nights will be charged $150 cleaning fee.
4 Bedroom cottage weekly rate low season: $1990, VIP earlybird:$1820
4 Bedroom cottage weekly rate high season: $2130, VIP earlybird:$1930
Our 4 bedroom deluxe cottage can accommodate 4 – 8 persons max
4 bedroom nightly rates low season start from $290 per night up to $390 depending on how many people share the cottage with a minimum stay of 3 nights required.
4 bedroom nightly rates high season start from $330 per night up to $430 depending on how many people share the cottage with a minimum stay of 3 nights required.
Less than 3 nights will be charged $200 cleaning fee.
Bed Linen Rental: Arranged in advance-$15 per bed weekly, all beds have pillows we supply comforters & one blanket for each bed.- You may wish to bring your own duvet’s for the possible cooler evenings during the spring&fall.
Cottages with a Queen bed have an additional room supplement $10 per night or weekly $50 per week. All our cottages are only feet away from the Lake.
When counting please remember to include babies and infants we do not charge any extra for little ones but they are still people!
Family Fishing & Beach Getaway
Pack up the children and join us for a great family fishing getaway. We have some of the best Carp fishing in the Kawartha Lakes as well as Muskie, Large and Smallmouth Bass, Pan fish and Pickerel and we look forward to welcoming you to our Award Winning Resort. Stay in our spotless waterfront cottages complete with well equipped kitchens, fireplaces, BBQ’s and large sundeck to enjoy the fabulous scenery. Our sandy beach guarantees hours of waterfront fun for all the children. Enjoy campfires with marshmallow roasts by the water’s edge – magical moments shared with family and friends. Includes a boat and motor, use of paddle boats, canoes, kayaks and lots of fun activities including a playground, shuffleboard, badminton, volleyball, ping pong and a variety of activities for everyone to enjoy at the Lake.

Family Getaway rates are based on our three bedroom cottages.
